Q: What logistics do you use for shipping, and how are the products packaged?
● Domestic small items are packaged in cardboard boxes and shipped via SF Express.
● Domestic large items are packaged on wooden pallets and shipped via SF Express or Debon Logistics.
● International shipments are sent by sea, by air, or via courier like FedEx or DHL.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
● For in-stock products, full payment is required via wire transfer after signing the purchase contract.
● For customized products with longer delivery times, a 30% deposit is required after signing the purchase contract, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
● For export orders, we typically accept 30% T/T advance, balance before delivery.
Q: What cooperation models do you offer? Can you provide OEM/ODM services?
● Currently, we mainly adopt direct sales domestically. For major projects, distributors may take the lead, and we offer more competitive pricing, welcoming various win-win cooperation models.
● The international cooperation model primarily involves developing agents or distributors by country or region, signing agency agreements, and providing product training and pricing. The company does not engage in direct sales, and related inquiries are forwarded to the agents for follow-up. Direct sales are primarily conducted in countries or regions without developed agents.

Q: What is the MOQ for your products?
There is no minimum order quantity requirement; prices will be adjusted based on the order quantity.
Q: How can I get free samples?
Some products can be provided as free samples. Customers who wish to receive free samples must provide images or videos of the sample testing scenario, as well as updates on the new project (the information provided will be kept strictly confidential by our company). After passing the tests, a trial testing report will be provided.
Q: How long is the delivery time for your pumps?
Regular gear pumps are available in stock can be delivered in 7 days, while special non-standard gear pumps take 15-20 days.
Some ABB motors/Delta servos/stepper motors/brushless motors are in stock. For urgent orders, please consult our sales engineer.
Q: What is your warranty and after-sales service policy?
All products come with a 12-month warranty starting from the delivery date. If a fault occurs after the warranty period, you can contact our sales engineer to return the pump to the factory for inspection. We will take photos, document the findings, and provide an inspection report along with the costs for any related parts.
