Structure & Principle
This product adopts pressure difference to make piston up & down, the piston opens & closes when pouring, plays a role of lifting. Adjusting the flowrate & pressure which are working for pneumatic slurry pump, then can control & adjust the delivery flow of pneumatic slurry pump. Combined with the automatic liquid level control system can make it work automatically.
How To Use
■ Put the feeding pipe into the drum.
■ Connect the anti-corrosion tube with outlet to the feeding location.
■ Inlet valve is off, connect the air pipe with inlet port, according to the requested slurry flowrate, open the inlet valve to adjust the operating frequency of the pneumatic slurry pump, then it can work.
Repair & Maintenance
■ JONSN stainless pneumatic anti-explosion plunger pump can prevent hitting the cylinder from deforming during use, and occur the piston is jammed and scrapped.
■ After the piston has been operated one million times, need to wash the cylinder according to the moisture accumulation during the air compressor process, and apply 30# lubricating oil.
■ If it is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned in a solvent to prevent the slurry from freezing and blocking the guide tube.
Cautions
■ During work, if the cylinder body becomes hot (subject to the hand feeling), should add 30# lubricating oil immediately.
■ During use, if the adjustment seal is worn out and material leakage occurs, should regulate the adjusting nut in time.
