Eliminates abrasion risks of mechanical seals, completely preventing medium leakage, material contamination and cross-contamination between materials.

Compliance Standards:Food-contact grade; FDA testing and certification; RoHS testing and certification (free of heavy metals).


4. Special Materials & Exquisite Craftsmanship

Gear Shaft: Made of high-strength modified PEEK, heat-treated and matched with zirconia ceramic, featuring outstanding wear resistance, corrosion resistance and stable dimensional performance without deformation.

Sliding Bush: Integrally molded PEEK-ceramic composite formula with low friction coefficient. Its wear resistance is 5 times that of ordinary bushes, enabling quiet and stable operation.
