As of June 25, 2014, the commissioning work of the "80000 T / a nylon (polyamide) slicing project" of Hangzhou hangding nylon Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "hangding nylon"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yiwu Huading nylon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), has been completed, entered the trial production stage and reached the expected production indicators. The relevant information of the project is hereby announced as follows:

1、 Project introduction

Hangding nylon is a company specializing in the R & D, production and sales of nylon chips. The "80000 T / a nylon (polyamide) slicing project" reached production capacity this time adopts international advanced technology and introduces production equipment of international well-known brands. The production line has the advantages of short process, compact layout, flexible and efficient, energy saving and low consumption. The main products are functional semi extinction slicing and functional high gloss, full extinction or special purpose nylon 6 slicing.

2、 Impact of the project reaching production capacity on Listed Companies

The successful operation of the project will help the company reduce the business risk caused by the price fluctuation of raw materials, expand the industrial chain from nylon filament to upstream polymerization chip, realize the effective integration of nylon 6 industrial platform, help the company improve product profitability and comprehensive competitive advantage, and further consolidate its leading position in the industry.

In this project, Hangzhou hangding purchased more than a dozen bucket pumps of various models provided by Shanghai qiongsen fluid equipment Co., Ltd., which are mainly used to transport various solvents and strong acid and alkali in the project. At present, all of them have been put into use and passed the acceptance.
