The pump has two working states, supply, and emptying. When the liquid is fed to the urea injection system, the motor drives the supply pump, which conveys the urea solution from the urea box to the pressure vessel.

How it works:

SCR urea pump at work, urea is first filtered through the filter element to remove impurities to prevent clogging of pipes and nozzles. It then enters the urea solution pump and is fully mixed with the Compressed air and sprayed out together. SCR urea pump after the injection is stopped, the Compressed air is blown backward for some time to return the residual urea to the tank to prevent the urea crystallization from blocking the line.

The urea sensor converts the liquid level signal into a resistance signal, which can be displayed directly on the instrument panel after passing through the control unit. When the urea level is less than 10%, the urea lamp will light up to prompt the user to add urea in time.

In the low-temperature environment, to prevent pipeline jams, the pump needs to empty the pressure vessel. The controller automatically judges that the pump is in an empty state. At this time, the supply pump stops working and the valve opens and shuts, the reverse pump pumps the residual urea solution in the pressure vessel cavity back into the urea tank.
