As a core component in key fields such as high-end equipment, medical devices, new energy, and semiconductor manufacturing, micro gear pumps have extremely high requirements for precision, stability, and reliability. Over the years, Jonsn (Ganzhou) Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. has been deeply engaged in microfluidic technology, continuously investing in research and development, and overcoming multiple technical bottlenecks in materials, processing, sealing, noise, and other aspects. In particular, it has made significant breakthroughs in the consistency control of milli-liter/micro-liter flow rates, successfully achieving full-chain autonomy and controllability from design, manufacturing, to testing.

The newly completed R&D testing center integrates design verification, flow and pressure performance testing, pump head ultimate pressure test bench, life evaluation, environmental simulation, and failure analysis. The center is equipped with multiple advanced devices such as Dutch Bronkhorst mass flowmeters, high-speed data acquisition systems, high-speed dynamic pressure acquisition platforms, silent test chambers, and high and low temperature aging test chambers. It can simulate extreme operating conditions ranging from -40℃ to +150℃, monitor and optimize the flow output curve throughout the process, ensuring that the pump maintains highly consistent flow output under different operating conditions and throughout its lifecycle, fully guaranteeing the excellent performance of the product in various application scenarios.

The company has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification and is actively working towards adapting to industry standards such as IATF 16949 (automotive) and ISO 13485 (medical). It has established a consistent quality assurance system from research and development to production, providing reliable micro pump solutions to customers worldwide.

Key performance indicators of JONSN precision-grade micro magnetic gear metering pump:

•Product line displacement range: covering 0.04-26.2ml/r, meeting flow requirements from 0.5ml/min to 65L/min.

• Operating temperature: -20℃ to 100℃ (other temperatures can be customized), ensuring reliability in extreme environments or during cold starts.

• Vacuum self-priming capability and pressure resistance: inlet vacuum height -95kpa, working pressure differential 20-40Bar, system pressure resistance 6MPa (customized).

• High adaptability to medium viscosity: viscosity range of 0.2~10000cps (such as water, ethylene glycol, silicone oil, Freon, and other high-viscosity or easily vaporizable media).
