drum pump factory Application: jonsn barrel pump is a kind of bucket liquid conveying tool, which is used to transport all kinds of corrosive / non-corrosive clean liquid from the barrel to other containers.

1. principle: the motor (electric or pneumatic) on the upper part of the barrel pump rotates the pump shaft, and causes the impeller at the bottom of the pump shaft to rotate at high speed, resulting in centrifugal force to deliver the liquid around the impeller to the pump outlet in the direction shown by the arrow in the figure.

2. structure: barrel pump is mainly composed of the following parts: motor, pump head, pump pipe, inner pipe, shaft and impeller.

3. precautions for use and installation:

Pump a please try not to dry operation, when the liquid in the barrel is finished, please stop the pump as soon as possible.

B the connection between motor and pump should be installed in place, otherwise, the coupling will be damaged. After the motor is installed, tighten the two handle fastening screws, and at ordinary times, it can reduce the repeated installation and disassembly as far as possible. It can extend the service life of coupling, coupling elastic block, pump head and bearing. The outlet of the pump is very good to 180 degrees with the motor handle, so that the outlet of the pump is far away from the power line.

C for PT series, pay attention to check whether the pump pipe is tightened on the pump head when using. If the pump pipe is loose, it will move down the pump pipe, causing the impeller to be stuck and the pump will not work.

D if there is no flow or unstable flow of the pump, stop the pump immediately to check whether the pump shaft can rotate flexibly. If the pump is stuck, continue to open the electric motor, which will cause damage due to overload.

E when using the speed regulating motor equipped with Pt and TB series, the higher the medium viscosity and lower the speed, for medium with high viscosity, the motor speed is too fast, which will easily lead to heat and damage. Please refer to the viscosity range and read the manual for random operation; When the motor is running, the switch fails. Please don't worry. At this time, the motor is not damaged, but because of the long working time and the motor temperature is too high, the protection switch in the motor has cut off the power supply, and it can resume work after the shutdown is cooled for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to rest for 5 minutes every 20 minutes.

F if there are large particles or fiber impurities in the liquid, please add filter screen at the inlet at the bottom of the pump.

G before transporting a variety of corrosive liquids, make sure that the liquid does not cause corrosion to the pump pipe. It is strictly forbidden to use plastic pump pipe (PP and PTFE) and ordinary electric motor in explosion-proof occasions.

H when using barrel pump in the environment with explosion-proof requirements, it is necessary to use stainless steel pump pipe and equipped with imported pneumatic motor or explosion-proof motor imported from the United States. It is very good to connect pump pipe to prevent static electricity and sparks.

I please keep the motor in a vertical position. Do not invert the pump pipe and motor to prevent liquid from flowing into the motor, corrosion and damage the motor.

4. responsibility: if the equipment is damaged due to improper use, the user shall bear the maintenance cost.
